Our in-home cooking service is designed to be deeply nourishing as we use the highest quality ingredients that support healing, which then activates equilibrium within the body.
This includes meals with high mineral content, healthy fats, proteins and adaptogens (natural substances that aid the body to heal).
Our team of trained chefs are highly experienced and personally guided by Addison’s nutrition expertise grounded in ancestral foundations. We are dedicated to providing you with optimum nourishment to support your family in every day life, throughout your postpartum journey, and alongside any of life's transitions or health imbalances.
The Uplifted team prepares food that can be eaten fresh, or prepared to be stored in your fridge or freezer for future meals. This sets you up to be well equipped, and to feel supported at all times with nourishing foods.
We believe food to be a valuable source of energy and information and take pride in supporting families to reach their healthiest potential.

Morning sessions | 9.00am - 1.00pm
Afternoon sessions | 2.00pm - 6.00pm
NOTE: The above times are based on client schedules and availability. Due to the changing nature of my work, it is best to secure your in-home cooking package as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Uplifted Collective will send you a form for you to fill out which has questions to allow me to get to know your food choices and preferences, and any allergies I need to be aware of. From there, I will discuss with you what types of meals you would like to have made, whether that’s breakfast options, lunch, dinner, snacks or a mixture of them all. I am able to then create a menu to each you and your family's requirements, to ensure optimum nourishment is provided.

Yes, this service is only done in the home of the client. This allows me to create a more diverse menu, keep waste extremely low as there’s no packaging or delivery involved, and I am also able to help portion and pack away food for easy access. This also allows more time to be able to make larger portions which is more cost- effective and beneficial for you.

It’s really dependent on you and your family and the needs you require, or what is happening in your life at the time. All packages require a minimum 3 month commitment and you can choose from 1 session/month, 2 sessions/month, or 3-4 sessions/month. I have clients on a range of all 3 packages, but it really comes down to what level of support you are looking for. I understand how busy every day life can be, and how challenging it can feel to make nourishing food. I would love to work with you and your family to be able to support you by taking this daily task off your plate.

Once I have received your questionnaire, I will begin creating the menu to include your needs and requirements. I will then send the menu through for your approval, and once the menu is approved, I will send you a full itemised ingredient list for you to collect before I arrive. This is the most cost effective and efficient way as it allows you to look through your cupboards, fridge and freezer, to see what you already have on hand, and then purchase anything fresh that you will need. This also allows your clients to purchase things from your own suppliers and favourite grocery stores.

These are generous servings and can all be placed in the freezer once cooled for later, or kept in the fridge to eat throughout the week.
